Coach Troy comes from 1st team all-conference at McKeesport High School. Coach Troy played arena football for six years and set the Erie Storm franchise record for sacks in a single game. 

Coach Troy brings a wealth of knowledge to the 3 RIvers team and we are proud to have him in our arsenal!
